Here’s a Breakdown of the 21 Days…
The first session will be an in depth look at what cleansing is. We will set personal goals and intentions. During week one we look at our current diet and “clean it up’. That means different things for different people, ultimately we are removing toxins from daily routine by avoiding animal products and the top high allergen foods. This sets you up for week two.
Week two is about going deeper. During week two there are a variety of options so each person can choose the path that is appropriate for them.Week two emphasizes filling ourselves up with energy enriching, whole living foods and natural superfood boosters.
Each participant will realize different things about their personal relationship to food and body.
During our third session together you will have the option to go even deeper. This is where the healing power of food starts to get magical. Week three builds on the first two weeks and takes it to the next level with blending. This allows the organs to rest and the cells to regenerate.
This Cleanse is medically sound.
It was created based on the work of my mentor, Dr. Richard DeAndrea, a medical doctor, a naturopath, and a nationally recognized author, correspondent, and speaker. His work has been featured on Lifetime Television, CNN, and CBS: 48 hours.
